This interactive and experiential leadership development workshop is for anyone that works with other humans and is designed to teach you 4 Core Coaching Skills: listen to understand, ask powerful questions, challenge and support, establish next steps and accountability.
This simple, yet practical research-based framework, developed by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), will enable richer, more transparent, and more productive conversations. These conversations expand perspectives, build capability, and nurture an environment of psychological safety and trust. The tools you will learn will apply to situations where you need to provide feedback (developmental and supportive), coaching others, dealing with conflict, and setting clear expectations.
